Sondra, an attractive weight loss doctor in her 30 s, looks down at a lot of people. She especially dislikes Jeanie the medical office s receptionist; a single mother who cannot be separated from her beloved Chihuahua, Bella. One day, Sondra falls and is knocked unconscious on to awaken in the body of Bella. After the initial shock, Sondra uses her new sense of smell to make discoveries about herself and the lives of the people around her. In her altered state, she learns that people are not always as they seem and her life isn t as perfect as she once thought.
